Monadnock Affordable Housing Corporation is a non-profit subsidiary of the Keene Housing Authority.

MAHC provides maintenance, janitorial services, and management for non-profit and affordable housing ventures.

MAHC was organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, and to establish and maintain housing for low and moderate income families within the Monadnock region while maintaining the historic and aesthetic qualities of the communities. Monadnock Affordable Housing Corporation promotes the general social welfare of the Monadnock community. The Board of Directors of the Monadnock Affordable Housing Corporation consists of individuals who are either employees or commissioners of the Keene Housing Authority.
